1. Services

We provide AI automation systems, website builds, and related digital services. All services are subject to a signed Service Agreement before work begins.

2. Payment

A setup fee is due before work starts. Monthly retainers are collected every 4 weeks via GoCardless direct debit. Invoices are due within 7 days of issue.

3. Cancellation

Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice. Any fees for work completed up to the cancellation date become immediately due and payable. We reserve the right to retain any setup fees paid where work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

On full payment, all custom code and designs become the client's property. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio.

5. Liability

Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Data

We handle all client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement signed at the start of every engagement.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage our reputation or the reputation of our staff. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement immediately if this clause is breached.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.
